I finally finished the Gemini top which took me forever! Â I am glad i did this KAL with a friend. Â I failed to meet the deadline though, but its ok! Â The pattern was very easy to follow. Â I found the neckline part a bit big so I did the single crochet at the end of my knitting. Â It came out really nice. Â Another beach top that i am happy with. Â Go check Ravelry.com and search for Gemini under patterns. Â I will knit this again and make it longer.
Summer is almost here.  This top will be fun to wear with shorts or skirt. If you are into making your own wearables this is so easy to make.  Tedious with all the st stitches but doable!  😉
Here’s another fun doodle! I did not bring any of my acrylic paints to Miami. I only brought with me a notebook and sharpie and doodled away. This type of doodling has a name. its called Zentangles – didnt even know such word exists. There are lots of patterns on Pinterest. Fun stuff. Hope you’ll find it enjoyable. I find it relaxing! 🙂
This took me 15 mins from start to finish. Poured out feelings about something on the pages which made me feel a lot better.
Family and Home is the topic. Join me if you would like to do a page. I only worked on it for 15 mins. Fifteen minutes is enough time for me. Anything beyond that will be a disaster as I would alter the page and gesso it over and over again 🙂
A Ravelry friend chose this nice top for a KAL and I am still slowly getting it done. I’m getting there! Magic knitting needles get it done!!! ⚡🌀🎆
I am new to this craft and I find it so therapeutic. Â Anything with paints and water colors as a child made me so happy. Â I am not sure why I did not take any art lessons. Â Keeping a journal is nice but sometimes you need to make it more interesting. Â I find playing with colors and making your own art work make it more fun. Â No rules, really!! Hey its your own journal. Â I started off with an old notebook that has been laying around the house. Â I got some gesso, some old acrylic paint tucked away in the garage from kids’ previous school projects, water colors, and kids’ crayons and went to town using them. Â Here are the pages I have come up with so far.
If you are interested on starting one, I have chanced upon this site ->Â http://balzerdesigns.com which will surely get you started.
